Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds of chicken (cut into pieces)
  • 1 can orange crush soda
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • ground ginger

Preparation

Step 1

Brown chicken.

Add soda, soy sauce and ginger. Stir and simmer x 20 minutes.

To thicken, add 1 tbsp cornstarch to 1/4 water, mix thoroughly and add to pan. Stir and simmer on medium heat.

Serve over white rice.
