Ingredients
- 2 Tblsp olive oil
- 3/4 lb boneless,skinless chicken breast cut into 1 inch pieces.
- 1/3 cup onion
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1/2 package [6 oz.] egg noodles
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation
Step 1
In a 5 qt saucepan heat oil and add onions and chicken. Cook until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add the noodles and stir to coat all the noodles. Cover and cook about 8 minutes on medium or until liquid is almost gone. Meanwhile in a bowl combine the soup, milk and cheese and stir until smooth. When noodles are cooked add cheese mixture and stir. Simmer until heated through.
