Ingredients
- Crust:
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup margarine
Preparation
Step 1
Melt margarine. Add remaining ingredients. Mix and pat on large cookie sheet. Bake and crumble while hot. Spread 1/2 of crumbled mixture in 9 x 13" pan.
Filling:
1 jar caramel or chocolate sauce
1 pint ice cream (butterscotch ripple)
Layer caramel and ice cream. Top with remaining crumbs and drizzle with caramel. Freeze
