Ingredients
- 1 lb scallops
- 1-8 oz. tin lobster
- 1 medium-sized onion
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 tin mushroom
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1-10 oz tin cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Wipe scallops dry and lightly salt. Saute vegetables. Place in greased casserole. Cover with soup, top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
