See's Scotch Kiss Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

• 12 Scotch Kisses
• 3-4 large sweet potatoes (4 cups mashed)
• 1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 orange (zest only 1/2 tsp)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Bake whole sweet potatoes i n 350 oven until tender - approx 30-40 min.

2. When done, peel and put potatoes in bowl, add butter and mash with electric mixer or potato masher. Add salt and orange zest. Blend well.

3. Put mashed potatoes in a greased one quart casserole. Top with Scotch Kisses. Bake at 350 until warm and Scotch Kisses are golden brown.

Serves 6-8
