CORN SCALLOP -# 1

Ingredients

  • 2 cups canned corn
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour in milk and add corn, egg and 3/4 cup cracker crumbs, salt and pepper.

Put in baking dish and put rest of crumbs on top and dot with butter. Bake in fairly hot oven.
