Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 German chocolate cake mix
- 1 8oz pkg. cream cheese
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 box powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350
Spread coconut and pecans in bottom of a greased 9x13 pan.
Make cake according to package directions. Pour over coconut and nuts.
Melt butter and cream cheese in a sauce pan over low heat. When melted, stir in the powdered sugar. Stir until well blended.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cake mix.
Bake for 40-50 minutes.
Note: This will not turn out of the pan easily, so it's best served out of the pan.
