Ingredients
- 2C plain non fat greek yogurt
- 1c all purpose flour
- 2tsp baking soda
- 1tsp salt
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c 1% milk
- 1tsp vanilla

Step 1
put yogurt in stand mixer bowl' combine dry ingredients and add to yogurt. mix until incorporated.
combine eggs, milk and vanilla. add to yogurt mixture til well combined.
cook i sprayed skillet til bubbles form and flip
