Adding Chocolate flavor to buttercream

Ingredients

  • 225 g Semi-sweet baking chocolate

Preparation

Step 1

Using a double-boiler. Place bowl over pot filled with small amount of water on stove. Set stove on low.

Melt chocolate and set aside to cool before adding to buttercream

Add cool melted chocolate to buttercream and mix by hand.
