Ingredients
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice3 tablespoons fish sauce1/4 cup light soy sauce2 tablespoons vegetable oil2 tablespoons honey3garlic, chopped1jalapeño, seeded and choppedChopped fresh cilantro or basil
