Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 lb chick tenders, cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 pkg McCormick Gourmet Creamy Parmesan & Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken Penne Recipe & Seasoning Mix
  • 1 (14.5) oz can undrained petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 c half-and-half
  • 1/2 c freshly grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta according to pkg direx; drain
Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet on med heat. Add chicken & cook, stirring frequently for 5-6 min, or until lightly browned. Add seasoning mix, tomatoes & half-and-half. Bring to boil, stirring constantly with wire whisk until well blended. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 min. Stir in pasta & parm; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
