Ingredients

  • 8 oz Crab (Fresh picked Maryland Blue crab is best but use Claw or Special if canned) - not minced
  • 2-3 TBspn Mayo
  • 1/8 tspn Mustard (Dijon or Ground Stone)
  • 1/4 Onion (minced)
  • 1/8 tspn Old Bay Season
  • Sprinkle of Dried Parsley
  • 2 TBspn Grated Parm Cheese
  • Bread crumbs (enough to keep mixture together)
  • 1 TBspn Butter (Melted)
  • 1/2 tspn lemon juice (about 1/2 Lemon squeezed)

Step 1

Preheat Oven on High Broiler

For crab cake - Mix all except butter and lemon juice in small bowl. Form in patties and place on cookie sheet.

In a separate bowl - Mix butter and lemon juice.

Brush each pattie with melted butter/lemon and broil for 5 minutes each side.
