Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz. ) pkgs. medium noodles
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tbsp. curry powder
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 6 cups milk
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1/2 cup chutney, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles in boiling water and drain. In a saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour, curry powder, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually stir in milk; stir constantly until boiling. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream and chutney. Add noodles and mix together well. Turn into a greased 3 qt. casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 to 45 min. or until bubbly.
Serves 12-14.
