Ingredients
- 1/2 sugar
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp onions
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 to 3 tsp poppy seeds
- 10 cups torn romaine lettuce
- 1 med apple cubed
- 1 med pear cubed
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 to 1 cup chopped cashews
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, onions, salt vegetable oil in blender. Gradually add poppy seeds-mix well.
Add dressing about 30 minutes before serving.
