Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli flowerets 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup peanuts 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 cup raisins 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

Step 1

Combine broccoli, peanuts, raisins and chopped onion in bowl. Mix mayonnaise,
cider vinegar and sugar together, and pour over salad ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
