Ingredients
- Breakfast Cookies
- 1 1/2 cups butter
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 cups four or (1 cup wheat flour and 1 cup of wheat germ)
- 2 cups oats
- 2 cups wheat flakes
- 2 cups bleached coconut
- 2 cups chopped nuts
- 2 cups raisins
Preparation
Step 1
Cream together butter, sugar add eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture mix well with hands. Make cookies like small hamburger patties.
Bake in oven at 350deg. For 15 minutes.
