Asiago Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon granules
  • 1 1/2 cups Asiago cheese, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

In a cup, combine cornstarch and water. Heat cream in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir in bouillon granules and cornstarch-water mixture. Add Asiago cheese and stir until melted and smooth, about 5 minutes.

Makes 3 cups.
