Ingredients
- 3 C. Yams, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 C. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp. Italian Parsley, Freshly Chopped
- Salt to Taste
- Black Ground Pepper to Taste
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375*
Place yams in covered baking dish with just enough water to coat the bottom of the pan.
Bake for 45 - 50 minutes or until tender, then add the lemon juice adn parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
