Salsa Verde

Mexican green sauce

Ingredients

  • 5-6 Tomatillos
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 sliced onion
  • 2-3 jalapeno peppers
  • heavy pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Add all ingredients into a pan of boiling water and boil until the tomatillos turn light green.

Strain and place all ingredients into a blender.

Blend until chucks are gone.

Serve in bowl for chip dipping or smother over grilled pork chops.
