Ingredients

  • 1 tbs. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbs. black pepper
  • 1 tbs. dried oregano
  • 1 tbs. dried rosemary
  • 1 tbs. dried basil
  • 1 tbs. dried parsley
  • 1 tbs. garlic powder
  • 1 tbs. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup virgin olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Using a spice or coffee grinder, grind together all ingredients except oil.
Sprinkle 2 tsp. of herb mixture into a small plate. Pour a thin layer of olive oil on top, and serve. Store remaining mixture in an airtight container.
