Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe tomatoes, chopped fine
  • 1/2 onion, chopped fine
  • 2 to 4 serrano peppers, chopped fine
  • several sprigs of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. lime juice

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and place in a tightly covered container. Refrigerate until ready to use. Will keep for a couple of days.
