Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Fresh Ramps
  • 1/4 cup Toasted walnuts
  • Zest & Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 Cup Graded Parm or Grana
  • 3 Tbs +/- Olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

On a grill-Char/Wilt cleaned & trimmed & oiled Ramps
combine w/ walnuts, Lemon Juice & zest, Parm in a food processor
Pulse & drizzle olive oil to desired consistancey
