Ingredients
- 1 Tbs canola oil
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbs chopped fresh ginger
- 12 cups (3 bunches, thick stems removed) fresh spinach
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbs toasted sesame seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bell pepper and cook, tossing occasionally, until just tender, 3-4 minutes; stir in the ginger.
Add the spinach and 1/2 tsp salt and cook, tossing, until just wilted, 2-3 minutes. Add soy sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
