Ingredients
- 4 slices of sourdough bread
- 4 slices of manchego cheese
- 6 teaspoons jalapeño or red chili jam
Preparation
Step 1
Toast the slices of sourdough bread.
Spread 1 1/2 teaspoons of jalapeño or red chili jam on each slice.
Place 1 slice of manchego cheese over the jam on each slice of bread, canvassing the whole surface.
