Mom's Perfect Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (15oz) pkg refrigerated pie crust(Pillsbury)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 c sugar
  • 3/4 c light corn syrup
  • 2 tbs butter, melted
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 c pecans, halves or pieces

Preparation

Step 1

Unfold and stack 2 piecrusts, gently roll or press together and fit into a 9 inch pie pan. Fold edges under and crimp.
Stir together eggs and next 5 ingredients, stir in pecans.
Pour filling into crust.
Bake at 350* for 55 minutes or until set.
