Ingredients
- 2 c. oats
- 1/4 c. canola oil
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 T. vanilla
- 1/4 c. maple syrup
- 2 T. agave nectar
- 3/4 c. dried cherries
- 1/4 c. chopped dried apricots
Preparation
Step 1
Combine oats, oil, walnuts, vanilla, syrup, and agave in large bowl. Transfer to baking sheet and bake @ 375* for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove from oven and add fruit.
1/4 cup = 160 calories, 9 g. fat, 2 g. fiber
