Fried Pickle Poppers

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Mayo
  • 1 chopped chipotle pepper
  • 1 garlic clove chopped
  • lime juice
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • egg wash
  • wanton wraps
  • oil
  • dill pickles

Preparation

Step 1

Scoop out center of pickles with parer, eat or discard.

In bowl combine Mayo, chipotle pepper, garlic, lime juice and cream cheese. Put mixture in a plastic storage bag, Cut out corner and squeeze out into each pickle center.

Place single pickle on wanton wrap, brush with egg wash, and roll to seal.

In fry pan heat oil, place wrap in oil and fry to golden brown. Serve with remaining mixture.
