Ingredients
- 3 cups zucchini, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter, (or less or Olive oil)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Place zuchini, butter, salt and pepper in skillet. Cover and cook slowley for 5 minutes turning slices and cooking 5 minutes more. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
