Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels, (from 16 oz. pkg.)
- 1 cup frozen peas, (from 16 oz. pkg.)
- 2 ounces pimientos, diced -- drained
- 1 tablespoon light margarine
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: In 1 1/2-quart microwave safe casserole, combine all ingredients except chives; cover. Microwave on high for 5 to 6 minutes until vegetables are thoroughly heated, stirring twice during cooking. Stir in chives.
