Broccoli Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 20 ounces broccoli spears, frozen
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, condensed
  • 2/3 cup skim milk
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook broccoli in oblong casserole with a couple table spoons water. Cover with plastic wrap and micro-cook on high 9 to 12 minutes or until tender. Drain.Cook onion in butter. in small dish in microwave on high 1 to 2 minutes. Blend in soup milk aand parmesan cheese. Heat 1 to 3 minutes. Serve atop broccoli.
