Ingredients
- 600 g/1 lb 5 oz saddle of rabbit, cut into small pieces,
- 3 ActiFry spoons virgin olive oil,
- 1 large onion,
- 3 lemons,
- 1 glass dry white wine,
- 1/2 glass water,
- 1 bunch parsley,
- 500 g/1 lb potatoes,
- 1 sprig fresh thyme (+flowered tips if possible),
- Salt, white pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the sliced onion in the ActiFry for 5 minutes.
Add the pieces of rabbit and the remaining olive oil, thyme, dry white wine, the juice of 3 lemons and 1/2 glass of water. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes.
Serve with steamed potatoes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and thyme.
