Easy Summer Noodles

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 8 ounces cottage cheese, lowfat
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook and drain noodles as directed; drain. Put noodles in large bowl. Add the sour cream, cottage cheese, salt and pepper to taste, and toss lightly.

Notes:

NOTES : You can add chopped parsley and scallions, some Parmesan cheese, a dash of garlic powder, and or caraway seed and bake this at 325 for 15 to 20 minutes to make it into a casserole. Or add lightly cooked broccoli, green beans, zucchini, or any other in-season vegetable. Do your own thing!
