- 4 oz. Semi Sweet Chocolate
- 1/4 lb. Sweet Butter (1/2 cup)
- 6 T. Sugar
- 3 Eggs

Step 1
Melt chocolate over hot water. Drop butter, cut in chunks, into processor with steel blade running. Process until smooth. Add sugar & process until creamy. Fold in melted chocolate & process. Add eggs, one at a time. Spoon into individual serving dishes, cover & chill.
