Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Light Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Light Ranch Dressing/Blue Cheese dressing (I did half of each)
  • ~1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 chicken tenders, poached and shredded/diced
  • fritos and celery for serving

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in baking dish. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake for ~15-20 minutes at 350 degrees or until hot and bubbly.

Serve with frito chips and celery.
