Silky Chocolate Fondue
Pampered Chef recipe
- 6 oz. fine-quality bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 C caramel ice cream topping
- 1/2 C heavy whipping cream
In a small saucepan bring 1 inch of water to simmer. In double-boiler combine chocolate, ice cream topping and cream; mix well. Heat over dbl-boiler 7-10 minutes or until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.
