Ingredients
- 3 tbls pistacios, finely chopped
- 6 oz creamy goat cheese
- 6 dried apricots or dried figs cut into quarters
Preparation
Step 1
scoop a half teaspoon cheese, press a piece of apricot or fig into centre and form a ball. Roll the ball in the nuts to form a crust.
Can be made up to 4 days ahead
