- 2 PINTS RIPE STRAWBERRIES
- 1/3 CUP + 2 TBSP SUGAR
- 1/3 CUP GRAND MARNIER OR COINTREAU
- 1 ORANGE
- 3/4 CUP HEAVY CREAM

Step 1
1. REMOVE STEMS AND WASH/DRAIN STRAWBERRIES - PAT DRY WITH PAPER TOWELS.
2. PLACE STRAWBERRIES IN BOWL - ADD 1/2 CUP SUGAR AND GRAND MARNIER.
3. USING SWIVEL BLADED POTATO PEELER, CUT AROUND THE ORANGE TO PRODUCE A THIN SPIRAL OF PEEL. CUT PEEL INTO THIN SHREDS. ADD TO STRAWBERRIES AND FOLD TOGETHER GENTLY.
4. COVER BOWL AND REFRIGERATE UNTIL READY TO SERVE.
5. WHIP THE CREAM AND FLAVOR WITH REMAINING 2 TBSP OF SUGAR. SERVE THE CREAM WITH THE STRAWBERRIES.
