- 4 SKINLESS BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST HALVES
- 1 CAN CREAM OF CELERY SOUP
- 1/2 CUP MILK
- 1/8 TSP PEPPER
- 4 CUPS HOT COOKED RICE

Step 1
1. IN SKILLET OVER MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT, HEAT OIL. COO CHICKEN 10 MINUTES UNTIL BROWNED ON ALL SIDES. SET ASIDE, POUR OFF FAT.
2. ADD SOUP, MILK, PEPPER. HEAT TO A BOIL AND RETURN CHICKEN TO PAN. COVER AND COOK OVER LOW HEAT 10 MINUTES UNTIL CHICKEN IS DONE. SERVE OVER RICE.
