Ingredients

  • 1

    PKG of Ground Turkey (1 or 2 lbs)

  • 1

    small onion chopped

  • 1/2

    Green Pepper chopped

  • 1/2

    Red Pepper chopped

  • 1/2

    Yellow Pepper chopped

  • 1/2

    C. Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs

  • 1

    Egg well beaten

  • 1

    Mango peeled and finely chopped

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and form into patties. In large skillet, cover bottom with olive oil. Brown patties on all sides. While patties are cooking, pour Teriyaki Sauce over them. Put a lid on the skillet after patties have been turned to make sure the patties are cooked through and through.
