Ingredients
- Cake:
- 1 boxed White Cake Mix
- 1 box Strawberry Jello
- 3 T. flour
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1/2 box frozen strawberries
- Icing:
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 1/2 box frozen strawberries
Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry, set aside. Mix the other ingredients. Add strawberries last. Gently fold in egg whites. Bake in 3 greased and floured pans or 1 oblong pan at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Icing: Cream together sugar and butter and gradually add strawberries. Frost cooled cake.
