Easy Hard-cooked Eggs

This is the easiest way to make hard-cooked eggs I've ever used. No more tearing up the whites trying to peel them, no more green yolks.

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • water

Preparation

Step 1

-Place as many eggs as you need in a steamer basket. Bring water to a boil under the eggs, then lower heat until water is just simmering.

-Let eggs cook for 12 minutes.

-Plunge the eggs into cold water and let sit, changing water as it becomes warm.

-Crackle shell all over and peel.
