Ingredients
- Red Hot Sauce:
- 3 lbs Whole Chicken Wings or 3 Lbs. Drummettes
- 3 Eggs
- 1 can Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate, thawed, 6 oz
- 2 tsp Water
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Pecans
- 1/2 cup Butter or Margarine
- 2 cups Ketchup
- 3/4 cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 2 – 3 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce

Step 1
Cut chicken wings, if using, into three parts, discard wing tips (Omit this step if using drummettes). In a bowl, whisk eggs, orange juice concentrate and water. In another bowl or resealable plastic bag, mix flour and pecans. Dip wings in egg mixture, then roll or toss in flour mixture. Pour butter into a 15 x 10 inch baking pan. Arrange wings in single layer in pan. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 25 minutes. Meanwhile, mix sauce ingredients. Spoon half over the wings. Turn. Top with remaining sauce. Bake 30 minutes more or until meat juices run clear. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
