Ingredients
- 3 chicken breast
- 1 cup Rice
- 1 small container of sour cream
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken until very tender and shred. Save 2 cups liquid from cooking chicken
Cook rice according to directions on bag using liquid from chicken
Mix all ingredients together and place in casserole dish.
Bake in oven or in microwave until heated thoroughly.
