Ingredients

  • Mix and let set in 9x13 dish until firm:
  • 2 apricot jello
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 #2 can crushed pineapple, drain and reserve
  • 3 firm bananas, diced
  • Cook until thick, stirring constantly:
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup pineapple juice (add water to make one cup)
  • Remove from heat and stir in one small cream cheese. When cool, add one package of whipped Dream Whip.

Spread mixture on top of jello. Refrigerate.
