  • 1 (24oz) pkg frozen uncooked has browns, thawed
  • 3 T unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c half and half
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 4 oz monterey jack cheese with peppers, shredded (about 1 cup)
  • 4 oz swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 c diced ham

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425. Press hashbrowns into bottom and sides of deep pie plate; blot with paper towel to remove all moisture from potatoes. Brush with melted butter or spray with cooking spray; bake 25 minutes. Remove from oven to cool, Reduce temp to 350. Combine eggs, half & half and salt. Place cheeses and ham in has brown shell. Pour egg mixture over top. Bake 40-50 minutes til eggs are set and top is slightly browned.
