Ingredients
- For 5 lbs.
- 5 lb. Yukon Gold potatoes
- 8 hard-boiled eggs - 6 eggs in and 2 on top
- Celery - About 2 stalks
- 1/2 white onion
- Hellman's Mayo
- Salt & Pepper
- Paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Peel and quarter potatoes about same size. Boil until done. Let cool.
In big bowl, cut 1/3 of the potatoes in cubes, put in bowl. Put 1/3 of potatoes in and then sprinkle celery and onions over potatoes. Slice 2 eggs on potatoes. Slice 2 eggs on egg slicer (2 times) and then put over potatoes. Then do same thing until potatoes are done after all cut up.
Get big bowl. Put some potatoes in and put salt & pepper on then mix with mayo. Put in another serving bowl when done. Sprinkle paprika on top. Put 2 sliced eggs on top. Done.
