a simple recipe for Broccoli Casserole
- 2 boxes of frozen broccoli or 2 large broccoli stalks (chopped).
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 small onion (optional)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 1/2 cup harp cheddar cheese (shredded).
- 1 package Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix
- 1/2 Stick of butter
Preparation time 20mins
Cooking time 50mins

Cook broccoli until tender and then mash into soft mixture.
Chop onion into small pieces.
Combine with mayonnaise, eggs, soup, and cheese.
Place into a casserole dish
Sprinkle seasoning on top and melt the butter to pour on top of seasoning
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
