  • 2 boxes of frozen broccoli or 2 large broccoli stalks (chopped).
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 small onion (optional)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 1/2 cup harp cheddar cheese (shredded).
  • 1 package Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix
  • 1/2 Stick of butter


Preparation time 20mins
Cooking time 50mins

Step 1

Cook broccoli until tender and then mash into soft mixture.
Chop onion into small pieces.

Combine with mayonnaise, eggs, soup, and cheese.
Place into a casserole dish

Sprinkle seasoning on top and melt the butter to pour on top of seasoning

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
