Kimis dipping oil

By

Oil that can be used for dipping crusty bread or too cook with. I recently heard that putting fresh garlic in oil can create samonella. I have never had a problem with it, and neither has any of my numereous friends I have made this for. I put it in a long neck wine bottle and store next to my stove top. The risk is all yours!

Preparation

Step 1

funnel all dried inredients into the bottom of a bottle. Crush garlic bulbs and somehow stuff into the bottle. (its not the easiest) Pour evol into the bottle using a funnel to the top. et sit for an hour, the evol will "burp" into the dried spices. Top it off with some more evol, cork it off and use it whenever you want to cook with olive oil.
