Strips of Beef with Bean Sprouts, Snow Peas and Oriental Sauce

Ingredients

  • 500 g/1 lb beef,
  • 500 g/1 lb snow peas,
  • 2 yellow peppers,
  • 1 red onion,
  • 1 ActiFry spoon oil sunflower oil,
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper,
  • 2 ActiFry spoons Teriyaki sauce,
  • 1 ActiFry spoon chopped fresh coriander leaves,
  • 1 ActiFry spoon sesame seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the beef into strips, the snow peas in half diagonally and the peppers into strips after removing the seeds.

Peel the onion, cut in two and slice, trying to get whole slices.

Pour the sunflower oil into the ActiFry and wait until it is hot. Add the beef, the snow peas, the peppers, the onion and the chopped coriander leaves. Add the Teriyaki sauce and simmer for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.

Choose beef that is adapted to short cooking, so avoid fatty cuts that require long slow cooking. Many variations are possible on this recipe, such as adding a clove of garlic, soya sauce and other vegetables.
