Over-easy Beef Tartar with Gherkins, Parsley, Onions, Tomatoes and Olives

Ingredients
- 500 g/1 lb minced beef tartar,
- 1 ActiFry spoon chopped fresh parsley,
- 2 ActiFry spoons breadcrumbs,
- 6 gherkins,
- 1 onion,
- 3 tomatoes,
- 3 cloves garlic,
- 20 olives,
- 1 ActiFry spoon oil,
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle the minced meat with breadcrumbs, salt and a decent pinch of pepper. Flatten slightly with both hands so that it cooks better. Chop the parsley and dice the gherkins. Peel the onion and the tomatoes and dice. Cut the olives in half.
Pour the oil in the ActiFry and fry the tartar for about 5 minutes. Add the gherkins, the onion, the tomatoes and the olives. Press the garlic cloves over the pan.
Cook in the ActiFry for about 15 minutes. Decorate with chopped fresh parsley.
